One of these PRTs is the Kapisa and Parwan Provincial Reconstruction Team.  This particular PRT is led by American military personnel.  The projects it manages in Kapisa Province are subject to periodic audits by the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR).
